2- Exercise regularly: exercising or involvement in some sort of physical activities is extremely important for improving the quality of our life and leading a stress-free and healthy life. There are numerous benefits of physical exercises like strengthening of muscles and other body organs, slowing down of the aging process and keeping or heart and lungs healthy and functioning. 


Being physical active and exercising also contributes largely towards our mental well-being, by keeping us emotionally strong and stress-free, since the body releases the enzyme endorphin that helps in improving our mood. 

 

3- Rest properly and stop too much worrying: rest or sleep allows our body to restore itself. It applies to our brains also. When we eat and exercise well, the resting period is the time when our muscles and brain recuperates and repairs, making us stronger and healthier. 


Worrying is directly related to stress. However, it is difficult to gauge the parameters of worry, but it is always possible to control it to certain aspects. Worrying too much can have the same negative effects on our mind and body that stress has.

She has a keen interest in research and study, therefore she keep herself busy in latest health seminars and workshops. She is a student of dietetics and always wants to remain so. Her quest for knowledge has led her to develop various customized diet plans for her patients. These plans have benefited thousands of people to lose their unwanted part of their body. Her acute guidance and motivation let people work on their health and positive results come naturally.
